What are your hours?

Classroom sessions usually take place 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Central Standard Time on weekdays and 6 a.m to 11 p.m. Central Standard Time on weekends. However, your tutor may have times different than these that are mentioned and may better be able to serve you with a more open schedule. Homework Help can be conducted any time throughout the day, usually receiving responses to homework questions same day, between the hours of 6 a.m to 11 p.m. Central Standard Time seven days a week. With this wide selection of times, surely we have a time that is convenient to you. You choose your schedule according to these times!!!

Will I be able to change or cancel the sessions?

Yes, you may reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours notice. A change in schedule or a cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice will cause you to be fully charged for missed session. Please, if you know you will not be available, please contact director immediately.

Who are your tutors? What are their qualifications?

Our tutors are certified tutors and educators. Many of our tutors specialize in Special Education, Educational Technology, Elementary Education, High School Education, and ESL. Each tutor is extensively screened and goes through background checks.

Do I get the same teacher every time?

What are system/classroom requirements?

We require that you have Internet access, preferably broadband, and Windows 2000 or XP. Internet Explorer 6 or higher. A headset with microphone is not required, but may be helpful during some learning sessions. A valid email address is necessary for all correspondence. What if I am not satisfied with services?

Eternity Online aims at satisfaction for all students. We are all educators and we would like all of our students to receive what they are paying for.
